Your wine club is leaking revenue.Fix it in two weeks.
Around 40% of club members cancel in their first year, and DTC drives roughly 68% of winery revenue (SVB 2026). The pages and emails behind your club decide which side of those numbers you land on.
The problem, in your numbers

Member cancellation surveysThe gap between the top and bottom quartile is not the wine. It's the club experience around it.
The Wine Club Rescue Sprint
Fixed scope, fixed price, two weeks. I fix the three places clubs lose members: the page that sells the club, the checkout that signs them up, and the emails that keep them.
The price is on the page on purpose. If the number works for you, we will probably work well together.
- Club page redesign with tier clarity, built to convert visitors into members
- Checkout cleanup on Shopify or Commerce7, fewer steps and fewer drop-offs
- A 6-email member journey: welcome, pre-shipment story, and win-back
- A one-page brand voice sheet so every future email sounds like you
Why two weeks is possible
Sixteen years of luxury wine and hospitality branding, plus an AI-accelerated production workflow. Judgment comes from experience. Speed comes from tooling. You get senior work without the agency timeline.

How it works
- 01
Free teardown
Send your club page. Within 3 business days you get a personal, written breakdown of what's leaking and what I'd fix first.
- 02
15-minute call
If the teardown lands, we talk scope and dates. No deck, no discovery phase billed by the hour.
- 03
Two-week sprint
I redesign the club page, clean up checkout, and write the member email journey. You review twice: mid-sprint and at delivery.
- 04
30-day check-in
A month after launch we look at the numbers together and decide what, if anything, comes next.

Who you're working with
I've spent 16 years branding wine, hospitality, and luxury businesses, including five years as creative director for a Santa Ynez estate winery. I live and work on the Central Coast.
I take on a few wineries at a time, around 20 hours a week. That's a real constraint, not a scarcity play. It's also why the work stays good: you get me, not a team I manage.
Questions wineries ask
What platforms do you cover?
Shopify, Commerce7, and WineDirect. If your club runs on something else, send it anyway. Most of the leaks live in the page, the tiers, and the emails, not the platform.
We're mid-harvest. Is this a bad time?
No. The sprint needs about two hours of your time total: a kickoff call, one mid-sprint review, and a delivery walkthrough. Everything else is on me.
Who actually does the work?
I do. No juniors, no handoffs, no white-labeled freelancers. You work with me from teardown to delivery.
How does payment work?
50% to book your sprint dates, 50% at delivery. Simple invoice.
What happens after the sprint?
The 30-day check-in is included. If the numbers say keep going, some wineries roll into an ongoing monthly arrangement. No pressure either way.
What if we only want the teardown?
That's fine. The teardown is free and yours to keep. Plenty of them end with a to-do list you can hand to whoever does the work.
